Hoodies - sizes are available from 7 extra small to 5 extra large. the hoodies match the T-shirt sizes  

NoGi - rashguards for a tight fit order one size above your t-shirt size for a comfortable fit order 2 sizes above your t-shirt size Shorts are true to size, 30inch waist is a small, 32 is a medium etc
